Overview

The Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya (UVic-UCC) Facultat de Medicina is located in Vic, Catalonia, Spain. Established in 1997, the Faculty of Medicine began its medical program in 2018. It offers a Bachelor of Medicine (Grado en Medicina), Bachelor of Nursing (Grado en Enfermería), Master’s programs in medical and health sciences (e.g., Master in Biomedical Research, Master in Public Health), and PhD programs in medical and health sciences. – Bachelor of Nursing: Approximately €1,000-€2,000 per year (for EU students); €4,000-€6,000 per year (for non-EU students).

Application Requirements

Prospective students must meet the following requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent with strong academic performance in science subjects (biology, chemistry, physics).
– Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan (DELE or equivalent language test scores for non-native speakers).
– Submission of academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, and a personal statement.
– Entrance examination (Selectividad or equivalent for international students).
